Hi there, 39 days until Gimme a Call comes out! I am soooo excited. Supposedly there is an ad in this month's Teen Vogue for the book! Has anyone seen it? If not check it out! I'll be doing a bit of touring for the book and will let you know where I'm going as soon as the events are final. But there will definately be events in NYC, Connecticut and...Memphis! Yup, Memphis. NYC Teen Author Festival!
The second NYC Teen Author Festival starts tomorrow March 15, 2010! I couldn't be at last year's (Chloe was only a few weeks old so I'm super excited to be at this one. I'll be speaking on Monday 3/15 on the Writing Process panel and I'll also be at the Books of Wonder signing from 3:30-4:15. And I'll be reading from Gimme a Call on April 14. Wow. Sorry for not blogging in, um, almost a year. I have two excuses. Decent ones, I swear! First: the baby thing. Second: I moved. Again. For anyone who's counting, that's two moves in one year. Sorry it's been so long since my last post...but I've been very busy with my new baby! Yup, Chloe was born on March 3rd and she's doing great. She's sleeping at the moment, so I'll write fast... For those of you who remember Lauren Myracle's Halloween challenge (which I failed), I've finally changed diapers. Many, many diapers.
